Markouk Bread sells authentic, Lebanese food for take out. We prepare saj-grilled flatbreads (markouk) that are topped with combinations of zaatar, garlic sauce, tomatoes, and onions. Our specialties include falafel, kafta, and chicken dinners and kabobs, hummus wraps, and fatayers, which are filled flatbreads with chicken, meat, or cheese fillings, that are grilled to order on the saj (curved-plate stove).
